Wow, I was suffering in both ears; it's like a mile from my house as soon as I checked in at the front desk the young lady was very respectful and also the nurses are wow they are responsible for the patient I was in the patient room the ENT doctor was friendly doing her jab I was very comfortable they responsible for patients they showed me that By giving me more attention, even though I can't talk very well, I was sick in my mouth, but they tried their best to communicate with me. Wow, Patients need more attention and communication; they show me that it's definitely a very professional team Appreciate to all the ENT team.

I went to the walk in clinic— they saw me within 10 minutes and with a thorough review of my history and symptoms. Suggestions were made for further investigation and 2 referrals to other doctors relating to additional possible sources for my persistent cough and sinus headaches. My wife has received excellent care for years at this practice from Dr. Liesl Nottingham and staff. Dr. Nottingham is knowlegeable and a good communicator. She takes the time to listen to all our concerns and questions, and gives clear answers. She and the staff are also prompt at following up with prescriptions and dealing with insurance. This is an excellent ENT practice. Dr Bianchi is fantastic and very personable. I feel completely confident in the care I receive in this practice. All of the staff is also welcoming. Dr. Hosai Todd-Hesham is a very good doctor. She is extremely efficient, fantastic bedside manners, and most importantly, listens to what you are asking about and answers "all" of your questions. She is one of my favorite doctors. The staff, while they can get busy on occasions, always treat me with respect and professional ism, and always have a smile to offer. Appointments are easy, very little hold time on the phone, and Dr. Hesham (always) replies in a very timely manner when a question is asked on the patient portal. She performed my sleep apnea surgery and I was very pleased with the results. If another doctor's office isn't responding to my inquiries for appointments quickly enough, she will take charge to get things resolved. I sincerely recommend this practice to anyone with an ear-nose-throat issue of any kind. I would give them more stars if they were available, but since there are only '5' , I'm giving them a '10'!

This entire practice is excellent – the main practice, walk-in clinic, and the associated groups that handle hearing, allergy, and sleep testing. I was very pleased with this experience. It was relatively easy to get on Dr. Nottingham’s schedule and she was great! Very patient and thorough. Addressed all of my concerns. I had no wait time once I arrived. My interaction with the entire staff was what I would hope to have in a professional setting, but so often do not these days.

I’m from another state and was visiting for a couple weeks when I needed to see an ENT. I was so very lucky to find this practice! The folks at the walk-in clinic were patient and attentive. There was only a minimal wait and they provided clear instructions for how and when to return if the issue didn’t resolve itself with the least invasive treatment. As it happened, I did need to return a week later. At that time, evaluation, diagnosis and treatment were handled within 2 hours. I highly recommend Maryland ENT Associates.

I was in need of ENT services fairly soon, and all of the providers that I contacted were booked out for at least one month. I came across Maryland ENT Associates during a Google search. Read Google reviews and checked out their website. Noticed that they have walk-in services and decided to give it a try one day after work. I had a great experience. Everyone was very nice and professional. The wait wasn't very long for the time I arrived. This walk-in service was right on time and worked out well for me. Please keep this option going forward. You are fulfilling a need for those who may need certain ENT services quickly, when other providers are booked. I would definitely visit this establishment again when in need.

We had such a wonderful experience at Maryland ENT Associates in Silver Spring. My daughter was having ear pain, and after urgent care couldn’t really tell us what was going on, they suggested we see an ENT. We went to the walk-in clinic here, and as soon as we walked in, I realized it was the same place I had taken my sister a few months ago to have her hearing aid flushed – and where my mom had been seen as well. Both of them loved it, and now I see exactly why. Everyone we met – from the front desk staff to the nurses to the doctor – was so kind, welcoming, and thorough. The doctor took his time examining my daughter and explaining what might be causing her pain, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was such a relief to know her ears were healthy and to have a clear understanding of what was going on. The whole atmosphere there is calm and caring, and you really feel like they want the best for their patients. Overall, it was just an amazing visit, and I’m so grateful for the care we received. Now, they officially have three generations of our family as happy patients!

I took my daughter to the walk-in clinic to be seen for an issue that the ER wasn’t able to help with. I wasn’t expecting much from a walk-in clinic, but I was very surprised and impressed with the entire visit. The staff was warm, friendly and competent. Lack of wait time was awesome, especially considering they took us during the clinic closing time. The PA and medical assistant were thorough, knowledgeable and super kind. Most of my past experiences with urgent care type providers has not been good at all, so this was a refreshing change.

The busy practice has a well-defined series of medical personnel that move you through the office visit: from the front desk, to medical assistant, the physician's assistant and then the doctor, who was ready and able to give me her full attention. So glad I found this ENT medical practice! I've been coming here for years now to see Dr. Nottingham and every visit has been great. She always knows exactly how to treat my medical issues and works with me through any anxiety I have about some procedures. I recently had to see Dr. Bianchi for a sick visit and was nervous to see a different doctor. But what a pleasant surprise he was -- very friendly, knowledgeable, and quite funny as well! He gave me a prescription, some additional steps to follow, and I am feeling so much better now less then 48 hours later.
